Randall K. Johnson is an Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Public Service Law Center at Mississippi College. He teaches Administrative Law, Corporate Income Taxation, Federal Income Taxation, Law & Economics, Local Government Law, Torts I, Torts II, and Wills & Estates. Professor Johnson's scholarship appears in recent issues of the Minnesota Law Review Headnotes, Indiana Law Journal Supplement, the Iowa Law Review, the Chicago-Kent Law Review, the Columbia Journal of Tax Law, the New York University Journal of Legislation and Public Policy Quorum, and the Wake Forest Law Review Online.
