Dr. Keri Cole teaching The Community College while currently serving as the Vice President of Instruction for Academic and Transfer Programs at Hinds Community College. Previously she served as Dean of eLearning for twelve years, leading the distance learning, instructional technology, and instructional design programs.  At Hinds she oversees all academic programs, as well as the office of accreditation, curriculum management, the Center for Teaching and Learning, the Honors Institute/Phi Theta Kappa, the Student Success Center, developmental education, Office of Institutional

Research & Effectiveness, Libraries and Learning resources, and eLearning. Prior to her role in administration, she was a business instructor with additional background in alumni affairs and advancement. 


Keri is a Clinton native and lives there with her husband, Prentiss, and four children – Lily Belle, Keaton, Logan, and Parker.  They spend much of their free time attending some sort of sporting event wit
